We asked the leaders of the 3 main political parties, given that politicians are famous for
lieing for a living, how much do they plan on lieing to the public in 2011. Below you can
see their answers in image format, so that it is very easy to compare each parties potential
lies.
The politicians all held their hands up and admitted they would lie throughout the year.
We kept on pressing them and eventually they all gave us a prediction
for how much they intended on lieing.
Whilst some of the austerity measures that are occuring at the minute may be necessary overall it looks like it's
capitalism trumping democracy, more than anything else.
The media have been saying that students will lose the support of the public on the tuition fees debate due to the direct action
being used on the part of the students. However, none of the mainstream media seems to be reporting that 1,000,000 people peacefully
protested against the illegal invasion of Iraq, with no visible results, which leaves students wondering what the point of peaceful
protesting is...
